
I should have posted this yesterday but I was a bit overwhelmed with my 9-5 and then binged me some Roswell New Mexico 🙃😊 with my husband.
I know it might not sound like a lot but, for me 3.8 lbs ⬇️ just days after a holiday is amazing! I would have usually gained at least 5 lbs after all that food and then the leftovers. Did this without adding any exercise to my daily routine too. I can’t imagine how well this will work for me once I get moving. I know I really need to get outside and walk a few times a week. That should be my minimum.
I was also pleasantly surprised when I tried on a pair of jeans 👖 that were no were near buttoning up back in March that now I could get on, button, zip up and sit down without busting a stitch. Yay!!!
I really do need to take measurements because it isn’t all about the scale. Inches count too 😊
